Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy, with additional guests $15.00 per person per day. The Sailfish Gulf Suites limits each apartment to a total of four people. We cannot accommodate day guests, as our size does not allow it.

There is a 3-night minimum, and a weekly minimum for the July 4th week.

Add 11.5% Florida and Resort Tax.

Check-out: 10:00AM

Reservations: Confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total.

Cancellations: Deposits are refundable if written notice is received 60 days prior to reservations. There are no refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures.
